My booking was confirmed since April and the fee was paid since then too, in that moment Erika said she had reserved the room for me. I contacted Erika on her personal email one month before my arrival and she didn't answer. So I contacted her again one week before the reservation date and she said the room wasn't available.
I arrived in Toronto (thousands of Km away from home) and I had to find a place to live in a city I didn't know, in a language that it wasn't my first language and I only had one week, even though I planned my trip months before. I had one of the worst experiences in my life thanks to Erika and her absolute lack of empathy.
