I'm a divorced mother with two children I'm 55 yrs. old, I have a daughter 18 yrs. old & a son 15 yrs. old. We have a very nice cat which everyone loves. We live in the "Overbrook" section, just inside the city of Philadelphia. My family has been renting rooms (mostly to foreign students) for thirty-three years. We've had students from almost country. I myself have been to thirty cities in Europe & lived in South America & Japan. I was a bodybuilder & Circus aerialist. My late mother was a "crescen winner" at "The Academy of Fine Arts"(my daughter is an artist as well) she loves "Anime", so we have alot of artwork on our walls. My late father was a concert pianist who went to "Julliard". Normally I have two students. I just had a young man move out, he was from Saudi Arabia, (very nice). All of my students are nice, if they're not (which is rare), we send them elsewhere, ha ha! I provide breakfast, eggs, cereal, bagels, toast, milk etc. (which you get yourself) & make dinner every night. Dinner is anything you want? Pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, spaghetti, lasagna, cheese steaks, fish, fruit veggies, salad etc. I rent rooms without charging first & last months rent. I only have nice gentlemen here so I expect that you will take care of our things/the furnishings. I can pick you up at the airport & take you to your first day of school. Rent is due upon move in. Our rent is $900 a month including as usual; utilities, provision of breakfast, you get lunch at school, dinner every night, and off street parking. And its $750 if you want to cook your own food and shop for it as well. Overnight guests once a week.
