The house has 5 bedrooms with a spacious and modern guest room with gorgeous furnishings and mirrored robes. You have use of your own separate bathroom. Our house has an amazing theatre room with over 500 movies. Two large living areas and a spacious open plan kitchen with island bench overlooks the tv room. So many amazing ammenities close by including the famous Hillarys Marina. Close to our best beaches including Sorrento which is protected from Sharks and has Surf Lifesavers present. Major shopping centre only 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk. On the bus 2 stops. Public transport right next to home and one of Perths most beautiful parks; Mawson Park 5 minutes away. You will be sharing with my beautiful 13 year old daughter and my cheeky 11 year old boy. There is also Murphy the dog and Shadow our cat. We are very sporty and live our music. We are not a whisper quiet family but we are fun to be with, friendly and very interested in other cultires.

Our home is situated near Perth’s best beaches along the North Shore and one of Perth’s best shopping Centres Whitfords which has an amazing array of restaurants cafes and boutique bars. Also very close is Edith Cowan University and one of Perths best parks; Mawson Park. Within 2 minutes walk is a bustop on Marmion Ave and an underpass to the other side which commutes to Warwick bus and train station and the city within 20 minutes on public transport. To drive to the city would take approx 14 minutes.
