Our All inclusive, Short/Long Term Homestay Accommodation consists of 4 lovely, charming and spacious fully furnished rooms. Our rooms are with high ceiling, hardwood floor and large window. Our rooms are also private and have keys to each room and all outside doors.
Our Homestay are located in the SouthWest area of NDG, in Montreal. We are within five minutes walking distance to Metro station and twenty five minutes to downtown Schools and Universities by public transit.
Our homestay accommodation offers our guests "A Home Away From Home" and are equipped to accommodate students, professionals and vacationers in a warm, safe, secure, quiet and friendly, non-smoking indoor environment,
Our homestay also offers our guest(s) a bit of independence, as the rooms are located on the top floor of our sunny stone brick triplex building which has a separate entrance leading to the top, and myself as Host lives on the main floor and am available to assists our guest(s) should the need occur.
Our homestay also has a fully equipped share kitchen and bathroom and are exclusive for our guest(s) who wish to prepare their meals.

(3)The kitchen sink, dishes kitchentable and stove top are to be cleaned after each cooking.
(4)Kitchen floor, rooms and all common area must be kept clean by guests.
(5)Guests are responsible for the replacement of any furniture, appliances or dishes that are broken the home during their stay.
(6)Guests are not allowed to bring friends over.
(7)Guests are to be respectful and courteous at all time to other guest and host alike.
(8)No loud noises are to be made that will disturb guests or Host.
(9)All shoes are to be removed before entering the home and soft slippers/socks can be worn in the home..
(10)Last but not least, guests are to respect at all times, the Laws of the Land, Canada and Quebec.

We are located in the NDG area of Montreal. Our neighborhood is warm, safe and friendly. We are with 2 to 3 minutes walking distance to buses, Restaurants, community center, ATM, parks, shops and schools. We are also within ten minutes to Metro station as well as to the the new MUHC Super Hospital.

I stayed in spacious, neat and charming fully furnished room.
If you want some independence, the rooms are located on the top floor which has a separate entrance.
Has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.A very good place to stay.
About the localization is perfect,lovely neighborhood and there is a bus stop just in the corner and metro station is 8 min walking.
Maureen is very welcoming,wonderful host,open-minded person,who makes her guests very comfortable and made me feel at home away from home .She gives lots of advices about tourism too.
I definitely recommend you to book and to stay there as long as you can!!!!I had a great experience =)
