The area is very safe and students do not mind walking to the gym or taking the bus to the mall. We are also close to bus lines. The gated neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are like family.

I had a GREAT stay at Kathie's place! 1. The place is in a very good community and convenient location. The room is very spacious, clean and cozy, with a lot of storage space. 2. The host is super nice and funny! I love to talk to her, listen to her ideas and exchange stories. Kathie really make me feel at home. 3. Full kitchen and nice laundry. Kathie is good at cooking and would love to share good food to me. I enjoyed everything in this place!
