We have a relaxed, comfortable and clean house in Orpington, London. It is very close to town and all public transport that takes you all over London and Kent areas. There is only two of us living at the property, so there is plenty of space for you or your group to be comfortable. We only ask that you are respectful, tidy and look after our home as you would your own. Please make sure to put your used dishes and other utensils into the dish washer, you will have full access to the laundry machine and tumble dryer. Please strip your beds on your leaving day and place the sheets on top of the mattress. You may like to bring your slippers to use throughout the house during your stay, outdoor footwear will be required to be taken off in the entrance in the house porch. If you intend on smoking during your stay here, you must be of legal age and only smoke in the garden. No drink or drugs are allowed to be used whilst you are home. Other than that, we are laid back and easy going, and are sure that you will enjoy your stay here, and your time in London. There is a small dog and two cats who live with us, Dolly, Isaac and Jett, they are very friendly and gentle. We ask that you treat them well during your stay.

Our home is situated in a great location of Orpington, London. Close to all shops, amenities and transport links that lead to everywhere in London and Kent. There are busses, trains, and taxis all within close walking distance. trams and underground’s are also not far to get to via public transport. There are very pretty parks either side where our home is situated, both within a three minute walk. The main town is just a five minute walk away, it has a large range of retail shops, beauty salons, diners, coffee shops, leisure centre, gyms, cinema, bowling and desert restaurants etc... There are also bars and pubs for those who are over 18, but please drink responsibly.
