My home is situated on a lovely new modern estate only 15mins from the city, with public transport just steps away. The house has 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all with lots of light. One of the double bedrooms which is available for you, with a 4 poster bed. Shared bathroom and kitchen. With a garden which gets sunshine and warmth all day and all evening, we spend a lot of time relaxing in the garden, with BBQ facilities available. Local supermarket and shops just 10 minutes walk away. Ideally looking for more long term lettings - female (/students) desirable. Ideally 6-12months, will offer discount for longer term booking.

My home is situation 15 mins from Leeds City Centre. There is good public transport, the bus stop is situated less than 1 minute from the house, or another bus stop only 10 minutes walk away. The bus takes between 25-30 minutes, which takes you directly to the city. There is a shopping park within 10 minutes walk: Asda Supermarket, Iceland, B&M, Garden store, a local gym. There is a bigger council gym with an Olympic size pool less than 3 miles away. There is a nice park just round the corner. The area we are in is a new modern housing estate, with lovely walks and a great community feel.
