Confortable rooms in nicely refurbished detached house in Guildford Surrey.
We have taken great care when decorating and refurbishing this property to make sure your stay is as confortable as possible.
There are three double rooms and one triple room available of short term let. The rooms are available independtly or all together.
There is a nice garden where you can enjoy a drink or have a nice BBQ when the sun is out.
We are located close to the main A3 trunk road through Guildford, about a mile from Guildford center with its British Rail and bus stations. A Tesco superstore is 10-15 minutes walk, with hospital, Cathedral and other facilities nearby.
It's within 5 minutes walk to University and Hospital and 20 minutes walk to Guildford centre.
With an excellend 40 minutes train combination to LGW (Gatwick airport ) and 20 minutes to London city, makes this house a wonderful place to rest after a long day.

A great place to stay if you are a few days/weeks around the south of GB.
Its easy to get to in a very short space of time with fantastic public transport combination to most main cities like London, Reading, Bath, Portsmouth, Kenbridge, Windsor, Oxford, Winchester etc.
Everything in the house is new and very clean.
The rooms are nice an cosy and the host is most helpful.
The food is all homemade, within the meals offered you can find very tasteful pasta, spanish omelette, ham and cheese french omelette, sandwiches etc.
We highly recommend this property and its hosts.
