Friendly Luxury super clean place .

Our place mostly rented by professors/researchers from Edinburgh University. We are (Architect & cookery tutor) very helpful , supportive when need help, and friendly. We have nice and super clean place for those who want very safe, super clean, very safe place in very good location plus a bit of superior place to stay while away from home.

House Rules

We only accept 1 person only. If you wish to book us. You will need to introduce yourself, your career, the reason to come to Edinburgh, your recent photo, We take shoes off and leave at the front door. Please walk up and down stairs quietly as many guests don't realise the noise they make. We want you to walk quietly not. Once a week free washing machine. The toilet must be cleaned after use. You now know who we are. You will be well looked after here and we want the same return. We understand your privacy, but in this case is nothing to do with privacy. you must have your recent photo clear, your career, if you wish to stay with us. We don't want mystery guest. Not suitable for family with baby/young child. For long term stay over 1 month. We can provide full service, all meals, washing, pick up. can be provided at extra cost. Free family light breakfast for for normal rate, Lunch/dinner cost approx. ￡15/pp/meal.

Those who wish to book accommodation in Edinburgh. Please use ￡ currency. Edinburgh has high cost of living therefore the room will not be cheap as you may think, especially short term. You are looking for from ￡40-￡55/pp/night to get response to your advert.
