The house has 5 bedrooms there is one shower room per 2 rooms. The home is situated just 10 minutes drive from Cork airport and 20 minutes drive from the ferry port with a weekly sailing to France. The bus terminal is just 5 minutes walk from the home and has a direct link to the city on Cork and Douglas. The home is ideally situated for people who want to visit beautiful West Cork and Kerry with the lakes of Killarney just 1 hours drive and Blarney castle about 30 minutes drive. We have 2 daughters and 1 grandchild and no family pets. The house is a smoke free zone but a smoking area is provided on the outside. We have catered for guests over 20 years people just wanting to visit our beautiful City and County or Students who want to study an English language course in Cork. Long term stays upon request. Meals can be catered for upon request.

The use of the Kitchen is not permitted to guests. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Showering: No showers between 21.00 pm and 06.00 am. Electrical appliance must be approved before usage. Guests are not allowed to invite friends to visit or stay over without approval. The home address is not to be use for the purposes of opening bank accounts or public service accounts. Checkout is 12 noon. Long term stays will be considered upon request

Quite area within 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus station. The airport is less that 10 minutes drive and the ferry port is 15 minutes by car. Golf courses are near by. Public transport is available from Douglas to both the Cork Institute of Technology (C.I.T.) and University of Cork (U.C.C.) English learning Collages are within the City centre which is 20 minutes by bus. 2 Shopping centres, several Restaurants and quick food are all available within the Douglas area. Blarney Castle and Kinsale are all within short reaching distance by car or public transport.

THANKS for each moment, for each day, for each memory. Thanks for your patience when I didn't understand the words, thanks for giving me more and more coffee each morning. I really appreciate this trip is was a pleasure to meet your lovely family.I want to say thank you very much for taking care of me, it was a wonderful moment to be here. In addition all people I meet in Ireland were so friendly. Actually I don't want to return to France because I had some beautiful memories in Cork. If you want to go to France I hope to meet you.
