family live in a 4 bedroom detached house in quiet area, close to beach, 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop taking you into either Bournemouth or Poole and also Christchurch, the buses run every 5 minutes and it is 7 minutes walk to the local railway station taking you either into Weymouth or the London Waterloo line. The beach is only 10 minutes walk from the house, Also within walking distance of JP Morgan
We have a large kitchen, and large dining room which over looks a reasonable size garden. Downstairs shower room/toilet and wash basin, upstairs Bathroom, wash basin and toilet, both for use of guests.
Myself and my husband have been hosts for 16 years we are both retired, have 2 cats and a dog which are not a problem to anyone, I have 6 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters, ranging from 3 months to 25 years old, I look after my youngest grandchildren 2 times a week whilst their mother is at work.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The room was spacious with a very full courtesy tray with a huge choice of beverages. Breakfast was served with a smile and Avril helped me with bus tickets and times even travelling with me one day. The evening meals were superb, it was fantastic coming back each day to a hot meal on the table. The grand children are delightful. Jo the dog is gorgeous as are the cats Rambo and Mizzy. I now see Avril as a friend and will definitely be returning to her another year and keeping in contact with her.
