The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas and 3 bathrooms. We are a family of four staying downstairs and you will have good privacy upstairs.

About us
We are a family of four. I am Chinese and my partner is French so we speak English with each other. We are in our middle 30s and we have one 28-month girl and a 10-month boy, they're very quite at night(bedtime 8-8:30pm).

I am an English teacher, but I work part-time to take care of my kids.
Currently I am working for a non-profit profit organization, providing New Zealand government funded language programmes to refugees and migrants. Perhaps I can help you with your English language skills. My partner is a software engineer. We're non-racists, easygoing and very sociable, and we respect cultural and value differences. You are more than welcome to join our family activities.

About you
Ideally you will be students or working professionals. Travellers will be considered but better off with a minimum of 2 nights. We are looking for tidy people who are friendly with small children.

For the food
Sorry I don't think I am able to cook for too many people, so we only consider taking ONE homestay, and for this person we'll provide weekday breakfast and dinner. Weekend breakfast is also provided, but sorry we cannot garuarantee weekend dinner as we(perhaps you too!) can also be out and eat elsewhere. We'll give $8/day reimbursement for the day that you don't get a dinner.
Other tenants are welcome to use our kitchen to cook your own food.
